Leap Day Planning

I found that I accomplish more when I have a plan. That’s probably not news to any body. I enjoy making lists, sometimes I even write things down that I have already done, just so I can cross them off. Don’t look at me like that, I know you’ve done it too.

Well, in January I made a pretty serious list. I spent some time thinking about what I wanted to make, what fabric and patterns I had, and what I could realistically accomplish. As it turns out, I was able to cross all those things off the list!  However, as much as I like to make lists, I don’t always take the time to do it. I did put something together for February, but as I look back on that list, I wasn’t as thought out as I had been in January. I was only able to cross two things off that list this month. Now, I made more than 2 things in February, but it was all kind of willy nilly (except for my Second Gallery Tunic, that was planned!)

So I am attempting a well planned March, in an effort to get back to that sense of accomplishment I had when I looked over January’s list.  I’m posting it here for that extra bit of accountability.

  • Noodle head 241 Tote for Mom
  • Hey June Lane Raglan- Black and Gray Rayon Blend
  • Easter Outfits for Kids
-Oliver and S Swing Set skirt for C- either Moon Bunnies or Wee Wanderer
-Art Museum Vest for L (?)
  • Noodle head Chambray Dress (Handmade Style)- Robert Kaufman Chambray
  • Imagine Gnats Bess Top- Nani Iro Double Gauze

Ok, that might be more than I can realistically achieve, but here’s hoping!  Thanks Leap Day for giving me one more day to plan ahead for March.
